Here at Exquisitely Chosen we are committed to providing you with the best! All  orders will be processed within 48 hours of payment. You will receive your order in 5-7 business days. We require a signature confirmation for all Bloom orders. All merchandise orders are shipped with United States Post Office (USPS), flat rate shipping, unless Express shipping is requested by the customer. All Bloom orders are delivery only unless the customer has contacted us directly! 

All sales for accessories are NON-REFUNDABLE. Exchanges and store credit only! All exchanges and store credit will be warranted only with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If it is necessary to return merchandise please contact us for a RMA number. RMA number request must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR FLORALS

NO REFUNDS

All sales concluded at Exquisitely Chosen Lifestyle for FRESH FLORALS are FINAL and NO refunds or store credit will be issued. We do not accept returns due to the fragile nature of fresh flowers. Care instructions will be provided and recipient is responsible for the care of flowers upon delivery.
