How long can I keep the roses in flower tubes?
Water tubes are used for transportation purposes only. Roses should be cut and placed into water the day the day you receive them for optimal vase life.
What happens after I place an order?
After placing your order, a member of our team will contact you via email to confirm the details of your order.
Are these fresh or artificial flowers?
All arrangements are made with fresh flowers unless specified in the item description.
Will the arrangements look exactly like the image on the website?
By commissioning Exquisitely Chosen (dba Exquisitely Chosen Lifestyle) to design and create floral pieces, you are entrusting the artists and representatives to utilize their design skills and capabilities. Client gives Exquisitely Chosen Lifestyle full Artistic License.
How long will my fresh cut roses last?
We cannot guarantee how long fresh flowers will last as they no longer live in their natural environment. With proper care you can prolong the vase life of the roses. The vase lifespan of roses depend on many factors, such as the climate, where they are kept, and water change. Please follow our care instructions so that your fresh cut roses stay as fresh and long as possible to give you maximum happiness and joy!
What’s your refund/cancellation policy?
All Sales are final, therefore no returns, exchanges or refunds will be issued. Photo of arrangement will be taken upon delivery as proof of quality. Care instructions will be provided and recipient is responsible for care of flowers upon delivery. Purchaser and recipient understands that these are fresh flowers which is a perishable product.
Can you deliver my order to multiple locations?
The delivery fee is for one drop-off location only. If you require additional location drop-off, additional fees will apply.
Can I make changes to my orders?
We may accommodate changes to an order depending on when the order is placed and when the scheduled delivery/pickup date is scheduled for. Please email us at info@exquisitelychosen.com
Why are the prices higher?
Valentines Day is a busy time for the floral industry, as such, we share the additional costs we incur with our customers.
